Robert FeikensRobert has been a trial attorney in excess of twenty-five years. He began his career at Dice, Sweeney and Sullivan, working with the City of Warren on litigated insurance matters. Throughout his carerr, he represented several local government officals in their representative capacity, including a highly publicized successful representation of Rep. John Conyers. As an attorney in the firm's municipal law practice, Robert specializes in real esate issues including zoning issues, building lease agreements, condemnation, together with demolition board hearings and appeals. Presently, Robert represents municipalities in both litigated and transactional matters involving land use issues, population and contamination. Robert is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Tennessee Bar Association, and a life member of the U.S. Court of Appeals Judicial Conference. He is Past Chairman of the State Bar of Michigan's Civi Procedure Committee and is a life member of the State Bar of Michigan Foundation.
