John M. Allen

Together with his brothers David and Jim, John formed Allen Brothers, PLLC in 2000. Admitted to practice in 1989, John represents auto suppliers, real estate developers and information technology companies. A skilled litigator, negotiator and advisor, John also serves as the firm's managing member.

John is passionate about giving back to the community. He served as the chairperson of both the Planning Commission and Downtown Development Authority of Pleasant Ridge, and is a director and treasurer of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Wayne County. He is also the founder and board co-chair of the Ruth Ellis Center, a shelter and outreach program for homeless teens and young adults.
