Harry Kalogerakos

Harry specializes in matters of business formation, franchise law, commercial litigation, real estate transactions and government regulation. Before joining Allen Brothers, PLLC, Harry served as general counsel for Ralph Roberts Real Estate, Inc., where he directed the company's legal affairs.

After operating his own business for 12 years, Harry returned to school and graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1995. Additionally, he holds a masters degree in industrial relations from Wayne State University. He has served as a union representative for AFSCME Local 3069 and served on their negotiating committee in 2000.

Harry serves as parlimentarian for the 13th Congressional District Democratic Organization and is past president of the Grosse Pointe Democratic Club. He served on the Board of Directors of Lutheran Outdoor Retreat Ministries for 7 years and as president the last two.
